Thank you for choosing Tschetter & Hohm Clinic, P.C. Our goal is to provide a personalized healthcare experience by using traditional diagnostic processes enhanced with modern-day equipment and technologies.

Your First Visit

Prior to your first visit, please print and complete our new patient paperwork. If you are unable to do this before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can complete it in the office.

Appointments

We see patients on an appointment basis; this is not a walk-in clinic. To schedule an appointment, please call 605-352-8767 or 800-514-1447. Please identify the physician you would like to see and let the receptionist know during the call.

We strive to stay on time throughout the day because we value your time. Occasionally, unforeseen delays can interrupt our day. Please be patient and know that we are doing our best to stick to our schedule.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible. This way, we can schedule another patient for that time and reschedule you for another appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most major insurances. You are responsible for your copayment or coinsurance at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards for payments. If you have questions about payment, please call 605-352-8767 to speak to a Patient Accounts Representative.
